ArcheoEnology is the art of discovering unique wines and brandies forgotten in ancient cellars, worthy of being christened with eternity. Authentic gems revealed, maturing in the bottle in exclusive limited editions. Wines and brandies that seduce, captivate and enchant.
The Mora-Figueroa Domecq family, with more than two centuries of winemaking tradition, leads this quest, rescuing unique wines and brandies. To this end, it has commissioned its oenologist, José Ignacio Santiago Hurtado, to select exceptional barrels from the best cellars in Andalusia, bringing to light the greatness of these wines and brandies.

BRANDY E
Purity, intensity, concentration… a unique character with elegant and timeless nuances.
Brandy E comes from old family casks marked with a code name – “E” – which revealed a brandy that had been static for so many years that the passage of time had concentrated it, bringing together the noble textures and aromas of the wood and its vinification. An indomitable brandy.
Only one of those casks has endured over time, jealously guarding our brandy, which rests eternally and from which, until now, only the family extracted a few litres for private consumption. An elixir that has waited patiently for decades, hidden from everyone, waiting to be revealed.
BRANDY TORNERÍA
Back to our roots, to Calle Tornería in Jerez. To a past that is viewed from the present, because our essence lies in our origins. The epicentre of wine and palaces that reflect the grandeur of Jerez, Tornería has witnessed the Reconquista and hides stories beneath its cobblestones that meet at the Domecq Palace to be told.
