Appearance
Pale ivory colour, slightly cloudy, characteristic of craft beverages, with fine bubbles indicating gentle carbonation.
Nose
It has aromas of sweet cola jelly beans.
Palate
A pleasant taste of fresh ginger juice, leaving a pleasant tingling sensation on the lips. There are also herbal/floral notes that balance the slightly spicy flavour in the mouth.
